DOMESTIC
We ship nationwide in New Zealand via Post Haste and NZ Post.
Note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Rates and delivery estimates vary based on the shipping zone and will be displayed during checkout. Note that we only offer shipment through the standard courier service.
Free shipping will be automatically available to orders that exceed $90 (inclusive of GST) and is applicable only to New Zealand deliveries and online purchases.

CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and will be notified of any updates to your shipping information via email.
Note that unpaid or unconfirmed orders will be cancelled 5 business days since they were placed.
TRACKING
Each order shipment will contain a unique tracking number that will be attached to your shipping information and emailed to you. If you have registered an account with us, this tracking number is also retrievable by selecting the order number under "My Account".
INTERNATIONAL
We do not ship outside of New Zealand through our standard process.
